An aging village house in Nga Tsin Wai Tsuen stands before dense residential towers rising in repetition behind it. The small structure holds its ground within a landscape shaped by redevelopment. In the foreground, patterned quilts and linens hang across a barrier, introducing colour against concrete and glass. Nearby, hotline signs for social services and renovation companies catch my eye. Survival and expansion occupy the same frame.
